Do you offer products for young riders?
Absolutely! Our ‘Childrens’ category features riding wear and accessories specifically designed for younger equestrians, including properly fitted safety equipment and adjustable boots that accommodate growing feet.
Ordering & Account Questions
How do I create an account?
During checkout, simply select “Create an account” after entering your email address. This allows you to track orders, save your preferences, and check out faster on future visits. We’ll never share your details with third parties.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your gear to you promptly. If you need to make changes, please email [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the packing stage.

Will I be charged customs fees?
For international orders (outside UK), customs fees may apply depending on your country’s import regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific rates.
Shipping & Delivery
What are my shipping options?
We offer two reliable shipping methods tailored for equestrians:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, delivers in 10-15 business days after dispatch with full tracking
- Free Standard Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, delivers in 15-25 business days (excluding Asia and some remote regions)
Do you ship to my country?
We ship globally except to parts of Asia and certain remote regions. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm availability. If you encounter any issues, please email our customer service team with your location details.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order dispatches. Click the tracking link or visit the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx or EMS) to follow your package’s journey to your stable door.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We stand by our products and offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method (typically 3-10 additional business days).
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If you need a different size or colour, please indicate this when requesting your return. We’ll ship the replacement as soon as we process your return, subject to availability.
