Our Returns Promise

We accept returns of most unworn, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery, with the original tags and packaging intact. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the perfect fit of your competition jacket.

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Body Protectors, Fly Veils & Masks, or any intimate apparel unless faulty. All Bits are final sale due to hygiene regulations.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your equestrian items:

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our return request template below to ensure we have all necessary details.
  2. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send your package to our returns address (provided in your return authorization email) using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return.
  4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size in your breeches or a colour variation of your bridle? We’re happy to help:

  • For exchanges, follow the same return process above, clearly stating you wish to exchange and your preferred replacement item.
  • We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item. If the replacement is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference.
  • For faster service, you may place a new order for the desired item while returning the original.

Refund Information

Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • International returns may be subject to customs duties which are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your riding boots arrived damaged or you received the wrong air jacket, we sincerely apologize. In these cases:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
  • We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed.
  • You’ll receive a full refund including shipping costs, or a replacement sent at our expense.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service
  • Retaining your proof of postage until your refund is processed
  • Insuring valuable items like competition jackets or premium bridles
