We saddle up quickly! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to get your equestrian gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95) – Via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes tracking and insurance
    • Recommended for time-sensitive items like competition gear
  • Free Shipping – Via EMS (for orders over £50)
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Includes basic tracking
    • Perfect for non-urgent purchases

International Riders Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Our Returns Promise

Just as you’d check your girth before mounting, we understand you need to ensure your gear fits perfectly. We accept returns of most unworn, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery, provided they have their original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Body Protectors
  • Fly Veils & Masks
  • All Bits (final sale)
  • Intimate apparel (unless faulty)

How to Return an Item

Returning items is as straightforward as a well-practiced rising trot:

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Package Your Items

Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Use a trackable shipping method (we recommend insuring valuable items like competition jackets or premium bridles). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Requests

Need a different size in your breeches or a colour variation of your bridle? We’re happy to help:

  • Follow the same return process above, clearly stating you wish to exchange and your preferred replacement item
  • We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
  • If the replacement is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • For faster service, you may place a new order for the desired item while returning the original

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your riding boots arrived damaged or you received the wrong air jacket:

  1. Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
  2. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
  3. You’ll receive a full refund including shipping costs, or a replacement sent at our expense

Pro Rider Tip: When trying new breeches or boots, keep all packaging and tags until you’re certain of the fit – just like you’d check your tack before a ride!
